주거단지와 펜션이 공존하는 사이트 조건을 해결하기 위한 배치형태 적용 및 다양한 개성을 충족시킬 수 있는 건축적 평면구성을 목표로 계획하였다.
모든 건축물에서 북한강의 view가 확보되며 자연스러운 배치형태를 유지하고 있다.
